admins/mods

this is a club for admins and mods to join so we can discuss things that copncern our forums and others. so post away and give me yiour feedback if you are a admin/ mod..... you can give a suggestion if you are a normal member.

i have updated the chat box to let allot more ppl come, as well as added my chat so if i am needed for immediate help i can be reached quikly also zoay if u would like i will make it where only mods and admin can see this forum (admin/mods) so reguler memers cannot see what we talk about of u wish just privete message me with the responce or reply here thank you

ground rules

1. do not ever ever change the layout or graphic.
2. do not change any thing in the shout box inless i say
3. don't delete any smiles
4. don't delete anybodys posts... put them in a lock topic
5. don't add or delete any fourms.
6. and allways check with me before you do somthing.

thats it for now ... this goes for the admins and mods.

ok ill keep that in mind but i cannot make it where only the mods/admin is hiddin becuse its only a topic i can hide full forums in order to hide this admin/mod i will need to hide the forum clus to where only admins and mods can see or make it its own forum

o and so no1 can delete smiles moderators no longer have the power over smiles only admin do and i wont mess with them so now only you can control the smiles

wow talk about pms all i ever did was try to help you. toy already said u understand why i cant post allot i am webmaster or moderator of about 50 forums and 70 chat groups you said that was fine as lonf as i tried and i did

-sighes- yes i would like u to explane. all i know is that u demoted me and said to post more when i was only trying to help you and after you said u understand y i cant post allot and u have banned me every wich way possible so i couldent even see the forum at 1st to see ur post to respond to just dont waste ur time cuse i know how to get past every kind of ban you can trow at me. but i dont want to cuse trouble I destroyed your forum becuse i felt very disrespected at the fact u demoted me for no reason that was justafiable and if u did have 1 u didnt tell me i wasent planning to the whole time cuse i didnt think ud do that to me the act was out of revenge not attack u can ban this account as well but know ill just override and still make another becuse i know how to hack so it will be a waste of time i just want to talk and maybe work this out or email me at firebinder@aplacetochill.name if u so despretley wantme off we can talk there but for now this is the only way i will try talk to you later

the demote was not a demote.
i just took away the powers cause
i felt i did not need help [for that time]
and this is what i would have told you before you got all wacky
i would have said.....
that if you wanted to do somthing
PM me of post it here then i approve
or dissapprove and then give you your
powers back to do such or i can do it.
okay? do you understand?
i did not mean to hurt your feelings in anyway.
i wanted to tell you before i did it but i was not sure
if you were still active here. and then you went wacky.
so is everything cool?
cause i really want to straighten things out.

yea becuse i nvr wanted any trouble u seemed more pissed off in the post right b4 u demoted me so thats why i did it lets see how we can fix this...i cant chat on ur site the tool im using to override the ban wont let me chat
